Warm Up and Mobility

Three minute row

*Start easy and escalate pace every 30 seconds.

Two rounds:

5 Jumping Pull Ups (set box/bar configuration)

10 Air Squats

10 Walking Lunges

Smash Party, Squat Holds

Core

Bird Dog 6x:15

Side Plank 6x:15

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete one Tabata round of each of the following:

Rowing

Pushups

Sit Ups

Jumping Pull Ups

Goblet Squats (25)
A Tabata workout is eight rounds of 20 seconds of ‘all-out’ work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Take one minute between stations to recover, submit scores, etc.
