High Plank

Side Plank (alt)

Sit Up

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4×4 minute rounds of:

3 Deadlift

3 Hang Power Clean

3 Front Squat

3 Shoulder to Overhead
Rest :90 between rounds
