80′ Fat Bar Zercher Lunges (95/65)
1 mile sled drag (135)
*Whole team completes 10 air squats every time they switch on the sled.
Snatch (Max effort in 15 minutes.)
Clean and Jerk (Max effort in 15 minutes)
50 Toes to Bar
