The Strongpoint Boot Camp (SBC) is an ideal way to jumpstart your fitness in a fun and supportive group environment. The SBC provides a starter program to someone new to or returning to a workout regimen with the means to get into the best shape of their lives. SBC offers a friendly, non-threatening environment that will help you learn new skills, reach your goals, shed some pounds, shape a better body and make new friends. We have helped hundreds of people lose weight, get stronger, and improve their confidence and ability over the past five years via our CrossFit and nutrition programs. We have helped grandmothers and grandchildren, working professionals and stay-at-home moms, professional athletes and weekend warriors and we can help you!

Improved body composition
While we still utilize the CrossFit method in our SBC classes, we prescribe lighter loads with a greater emphasis on developing endurance than gross strength or complex skill development. Participants will still get a hearty dose of basic calisthenics, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and cardio work. However; they will not see heavy lifts or many of the more complex skills that we do in our regular CrossFit group classes like rope climbs, handstand work, ring work, or in-depth training in the some of the more complex barbell lifts. SBC participants that are ready to take their fitness to that next level are welcome to opt in to our CrossFit program at any time.
Times: Classes will be held at 7:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and 10:00 am on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Check our schedule for availability. Our boot camp program launches on January 2nd, 2017.
