Your October Challenge is to complete 3000 squats over the course of the month. Air squats, front squats, back squats, overhead squats, squat cleans, squat snatches, wall ball, and any other variant of squat may be counted toward the total. So you have 31 whole days to complete the 3,000. That’s only 97 per day! This one should be easy an I hope to see a lot more on the board mission complete on Halloween.
