The TakeDown Challenge™ is designed to help individuals reclaim their health and fitness losing 12 – 24 lbs. and 5 – 10% body fat in just four weeks, guaranteed!

What Is The TakeDown Challenge™?

A proven, personalized 28 day weight loss & nutrition program where everything is laid out for you from what to eat, how much, and at what times.

What Is Included?

You receive weekly menus, recipes, grocery lists, individualized portion sheets, weekly weigh-ins, accountability, education, exercise recommendations and coaching from your Balanced Habits certified nutrition coaches.  We also throw in group discounts for CrossFit membership and nutrition products during the challenge!

Are There Prizes?

Absolutely!  We award top performers with free training sessions and give away an array of different prizes to participants weekly and at the end of the challenge!

How Much Does It Cost?

The entire TakeDown Challenge™ is $229.  Register before January 1st and pay only $199.  After January 1st, registration will go up to $229.  We will also offer reduced rate personal and group training services to TakeDown Challenge ™ participants to enhance your weight-loss results, but those are completely optional.

When Does It Start?

The MANDATORY orientation meeting is January 8th, 2016 at 6:30PM at Strongpoint CrossFit.  This is where each TakeDown™ Challenger will receive their ‘CUSTOMIZED’ program and learn everything they will need to know to transform their bodies in 28 days.  Weigh-ins will be held January 4th-6thYou do not need an appointment.  Just stop by our location during weigh-in hours (11:00 am – 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm), to fill out a brief questionnaire and have your starting weight & measurements recorded.

How Much Will I Really Lose?

We GUARANTEE that if you follow the TakeDown™ Challenge program as recommended, the average challenger will lose 12-24 pounds and 5-10% body fat.
