What Is The TakeDown Challenge™?

What Is Included?
You receive weekly menus, recipes, grocery lists, individualized portion sheets, weekly weigh-ins, accountability, education, exercise recommendations and coaching from your local nutrition experts. We also throw in group cardio and functional fitness opportunities to promote more activity and fun!
Are There Prizes?
Absolutely! We award top performers with free training sessions and raffle off an array of different prizes to participants as well!
How Much Does It Cost?
The entire TakeDown Challenge™ is $249. Register before May 1st and pay only $199. After May 1st, registration will go up to $249. We will also offer reduced rate fitness services to TakeDown Challenge ™ participants to enhance your weight-loss results, but those are completely optional.
When Does It Start?
The MANDATORY orientation meeting is May 15th, 2014 at 6:30PM at Strongpoint CrossFit. This is where each TakeDown™ Challenger will receive their ‘CUSTOMIZED’ program and learn everything they will need to know over the 28 days to transform their bodies. Weigh-ins will be held May 11th -13th. You do not need an appointment. Just stop by our location during weigh-in hours (11:00 am – 1:00 pm and 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm), to fill out a brief questionnaire and have your weight & measurements recorded.
How Much Will I Really Lose?
We GUARANTEE that if you follow the TakeDown™ Challenge program as recommended, the average challenger will lose 12-24 pounds and 5-10% body weight.
