Strength – Back Squat 5×[email protected]% of 1 RM. (This is a deload week. Focus on perfect technique and speed on all sets and do not go over prescribed weight. We are maxing Back Squat next week). Conditioning – CrossFit Open Workout 11.2 – In 12 minutes, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible of 9 Deadlifts, 12 Push Ups, 15 Box Jumps. Men up to 54 155#/24″, Men 55+ 145#/20″, Women up to 54 100#/20″, Women 55+ 90#/20″. *This is just a reminder that Five Star Physical Therapy will be on deck during evening classes tomorrow for movement screening and mobility advice.
