Strength – In 15 minutes, work to a heavy set of 2 Power Cleans + 1 Power Jerk.  Conditioning – 9 Muscle Ups, 9 Power Clean, 400m run, 7 Muscle Ups, 7 Power Cleans, 400m run, 5 Muscle Ups, 5 Power Cleans, 400m run.  *Mod with 2 Ring Dips per muscle up.
