Plank Circuit + Glute Bridge x :20/position

Skill

Bar Facing Burpee

Goblet Squat

Kettlebell Swing

Metcon

Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)

Five three-minute rounds for reps of:

5 Bar Facing Burpees

10 Goblet Squats

15 Kettlebell Swings
