Skill/Strength – In 15 minutes, work to a heavy single of Snatch with 2 sec pause 2″ above floor, 2 sec pause above knees, 2 sec pause in Power Position, High Hang Snatch. Conditioning – 10 rounds for time of 3 Muscle Ups, 6 Hand Release Push Ups, 6 Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5). Mod 1 – 3 Jumping Muscle Ups or 6 Ring Dips, Weight. Mod 2 – 7 rounds.
