Smash Party, Squat Holds 4x:20

Core

4 Tabata rounds of:

High Plank

Side Plank (alt)

Sit Up

Weightlifting

Snatch (3 Reps EMOM x 5 Minutes)

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

4×4 minute rounds of:

75 Single Unders

5 Bar Facing Burpees

10 Lunges

10 Shoulder to Overhead
Rest :90 between rounds
