10 wallball deadlifts (16/14)

10 wallball cleans

Mobility:

Frog

Pigeon

Strength

Push Jerk

5 rounds of 1 rep at 90%+ to establish new 1 rep max E2MOM

Metcon

Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

6 RFT

1:30 on/:30 off

3 Goblet Squats

3 KB Swings (30/25)

3 Slamballs (30/20)

Cash Out

Metcon (Time)

50 Sit Ups for Time
