This will be a partner workout conducted in a YOU GO – I GO format. Each exercise will start with Partner A doing 1 rep/calorie followed by Partner B doing 1 rep/calorie followed by 2 & 2, 3 & 3, 4 & 4… continuing to add one rep per partner per round. Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes.
