Our Strongpoint Fundamentals program sets our new members up for success in our group classes. We start with benchmark testing, train new members in more than 20 different fundamental movements, begin to develop some basic work capacity, teach the lingo, and work with our new members one-on-one to dial in their nutrition and an individualized mobility prescription. *Individuals with a strong background in CrossFit may be allowed to test out of Fundamentals, but most people will need at least 2-5 sessions to get up to speed before joining group classes.

CrossFit Group Classes
Our group classes are really the heart of Strongpoint CrossFit. We offer more than 25 coached periods throughout the week, which can fit into nearly everyone’s busy schedule. Our classes are “coached” in the sense that not only is someone leading the class and managing the clock, our coaching staff focuses on observing each member and helping them to understand and improve their movements each and every class. Our instructors teach and drill the movements required for that day’s workout prior to turning the class loose to practice and then we routinely observe and provide feedback throughout the session. We will always, always help you scale the workout to make sure it is appropriate for your current ability level.
Our group classes are typically broken down into four main parts: 1) Warm Up; 2) Mobility; 3) Strength or Skill work; and 4) Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon). So you get a lot of “bang for your buck” in an hour, which makes it very time efficient for busy, working adults with families.

Working 1-on-1 with an experienced coach is always going to be the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for personal training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level.
Strongpoint CrossFit offers personal training options for those that:
-Are new to the CrossFit method (or gym in general) and want or need more one-on-one attention than can be achieved in a class format.
-Work an irregular schedule that cannot meet at scheduled class times.
-Prefer an individual format.
-Have more specific goals that are better suited for individual-level program design and coaching than our group classes.
Our personal training program begins with a complimentary one-on-one consultation to learn about your fitness background, discuss your goals, and assess your entry-level fitness. We will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength, and cardiorespiratory endurance. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.
Our personal training program offers the following:
-Private personal training sessions 1-3 times per week.
-A customized training plan tailored to your goals, needs and abilities.
-Body composition analysis (repeated quarterly).
-Enrollment in our online nutrition program, ProCoach.
-Unlimited support via telephone, email, and online for the times you’re not in session.

Corporate Training Programs
Companies of all sizes are finding a strong correlation between employee health and fitness and work performance. Aside from the proven physical and mental benefits of exercise, physically fit employees tend to be more resistant to injury and illness, which saves employee health and workman’s compensation costs. Our corporate program is also an innovative way to create stronger, more capable teams and thus improve worker morale and retention.
Strongpoint CrossFit currently offers three options for corporate training. 1) We can provide a trainer to come to your location; 2) Your employees can come to ours, and 3) a Hybrid membership where we do a certain number of sessions at your location and open up our regular class schedule to your employees the rest of the week. .
We are confident in our program and are available to provide a free introductory class. We charge the clients directly so there is no cost for the employer unless the company wishes to subsidize the program.
A Proven Program: We have been coaching several employees of Garland Activewear for over 3 years now with the majority of the participants attending classes three to five times a week. We also worked extensively with a local vendor management company from 2012-2015 and still serve many of those clients in our regular classes today.

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-18. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence, which translates to better physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries. Additionally, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which can have a positive impact on a child’s academic achievement as well.

Our Barbell Club is a highly specialized program designed for the improvement and advancement of specific movements like the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.
The Olympic weightlifting class is led by Level 2 USA Weightlifting Advanced Performance Coach, Jason Doll. Since 2012, Strongpoint has produced several local and state champions as well as lifters that have qualified and won at the national level.
Open GymMore Information
Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. We offer an additional 15+ hours of staffed Open Gym time throughout the week for you to make up a workout, work on some skills, or get some additional programming from a coach on site.
Open Gym is included with all Silver and Gold memberships. We also offer an Open Gym-only membership option for those that follow individual programming.

Body Composition Testing
Find out what you’re made of! Strongpoint utilizes the Inbody 230 to determine what the body is made of including body fat mass and lean body mass. It also describes weight much more accurately than scale weight or body mass inde. Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass and body fat percentage and thus help direct and validate training and nutrition.
