Strength – Hatch Day 7! Back Squat 1×[email protected]%, 1×[email protected]%, 1×[email protected]%, 1×[email protected]%.  MetCon – 3 x 3 minute rounds of a 400m run followed by as many Wall Ball Shots (20# Men/14# Women) in remaining time.  Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
