Skill – Kettlebell Snatch.  MetCon – 50-40-30-20-10 Kettlebell Snatch (35# Men/25# Women), AbMat Sit Up.  *Kettlebell Snatches are split evenly between the hands (i.e. 50 = 25 Right/25 Left).
