Back Squat

Review movement and 10 mins (every 2 mins) to establish a new 1 Rep Max


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 min EMOM

2 burpees to start each min then

2 power cleans (65% of 1 rm)

2 box jumps (24/20)

then 4/4, 6/6…
