December 15th, 2012 Workout of the Day

12 Days Holiday WOD. This workout will be executed just like the 12 Days of Christmas song. (1) 200m run, 2 Deadlift (185# Men/135# Women), 3 Handstand Push Ups, 4 Burpees, 5 Kettlebell Swings (53# Men/35# Women), 6 Clapping Push Ups, 7 Box Jumps (20″ Box), 8 Wall Ball Shots (20# Men/14# Women), 9 Pull Ups, 10 AbMat Sit Ups, 11 Jumping Squats, 12 Walking Lunges (each leg).

*Just a friendly reminder that the regular 9 and 10 am WODs are cancelled tomorrow in lieu of the annual Holiday WOD and After Bash at 11 am.*
