February 16th, 2013 Workout of the Day
Whole Life Challenge Prelims! In 11 minutes, complete as many repetitions as possible of 800m run, 50 sit ups, 75 air squats, 100 push ups, and as many burpees as possible before time expires.
***We will run measurements and final rules brief at 9:00 am. All WLC’ers (besides Tuesday make-ups) should be there at 9:00. There will be no regular 9 am WOD. You may still participate in the WOD at 10 even if you are not participating in the WLC. Weightlifting class with Laura will still be at 11 and Open Gym from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm will go on as scheduled.***
Everyone is welcome at the rules brief and for measurements if you are still on the fence about participating. There is still time to register. Come on in if you would like to learn a little more about what WLC is all about!
