Skill – Kettlebell Swings. MetCon – Three rounds for time of 400m run, 9 Over the Box Jumps (24″ Box Men/20″ Box Women), 12 Kettlebell Swings (53# men/35# Women), 15 Burpees.
Mod 1: Weight, Russian Swings, Row
Mod 2: 2 Rounds

Just a reminder that we are running Bring-a-Friend WODs for all classes tomorrow (5/1) and Thursday (5/2). You can bring up to two people to any class (6:00 am, 10:30 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:30 pm). Please ensure that your guest/s arrive a little early to fill out the medical screen and hold harmless prior to the WOD.
