It’s the Whole Life Challenge Finals! In 11 minutes, complete as many reps as possible of 800m run, 50 sit ups, 75 air squats, 100 push ups, and as many burpees as possible until time is up.
***This is still a great way to measure improvement for those not doing the WLC that did the prelims on Feb 16th.***
