Strength – In 15 minutes, work up to max Snatch for the Day.  A surprise!  MetCon – CrossFit Open Workout 11.1 In 10 minutes, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible of 15 Power Snatch (75# Men/55# Women), 30 Double Unders.
