Barbara. Complete five rounds of 20 Pull Ups, 30 Push Ups, 40 Sit Ups, 50 Squats. Storm through a round of work and then rest three minutes after each round.

*Strict 40 minute cap on the workout (including breaks).

*Mod 1: 5 rounds of Banded Pull Ups, Knee Push Ups, etc.

*Mod 2: 3-5 rounds of 15 Pull Ups, 20 Push Ups, 30 Sit Ups, 40 Squats.

*Mod 3: 3-5 rounds of 10 Pull Ups, 15 Push Ups, 20 Sit Ups, 25 Squats.
