Strength – Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2. MetCon – Complete one Tabata round of each of the following: Rowing (cals=reps), Slam Ball (30# Men/20# Women), Kettlebell Swing (53# Men/35# Women), Over the Box Jump (24″ Men/20″ Women).
