Kelly. Five rounds for time of 400m run, 30 box jumps (24″ Men/20″ Women), 30 Wall Ball (20# Men/14# Women). *40 minute cap on the WOD.

Mod 1: Weight.  Mod 2: 400m run, 20 box jumps, 20 wall ball.  Mod 3: scale rounds back to 3-4.
