And if you’re still looking for a WOD, try the Gymnastics WOD from Sunday: 100 double unders, 50 burpees, 75 double unders, 25 burpees, 50 double unders. Modify with 75 tuck jumps, 50 burpees, 50 tuck jumps, 25 burpees, 25 tuck jumps if you don’t have a jump rope. Post workout and time to comments.
