December 27th, 2012 Workout of the Day
Skill – Rope Climb. MetCon – In 20 minutes, complete as many rounds and repetitions as possible of 400m run, 1 rope climb, 20 clapping push ups.
***Back to normal schedule tomorrow with WODs at 6 & 10:30 am, 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30 pm.***
Also, wear some long socks and/or pants for the rope tomorrow!
