Skill/Strength Power Clean (.7 x 1, .75 x 1, .8 x 1) x 3, then Death by Ring Dip.  With a continuously running clock, perform 1 Ring Dip the first minute, 2 Ring Dips the second minute, 3 Ring Dips the third minute, … until you can no longer complete the work assigned before the minute is up.
