Perform 2 Hang Power Cleans every minute on the minute for 10 minutes. Then “The Chief.” Perform max rounds and reps of 3 Power Cleans (135# Men/95# Women), 6 Push Ups, 9 Air Squats. Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of five rounds.
