In 20 minutes, establish 1 repetition max power clean. And then, Death by Hang Clean. With a continuously running clock, perform 1 Hang Clean (115# Men/75# Women) the first minute, 2 Hang Cleans the second minute, 3 Hang Cleans the third minute continuing on until you can no longer complete the prescribed number during the round. “Death by” Thursday strikes again!!!
