Skill – Kettlebell Clean.  MetCon – Four rounds of 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off of 1) Kettlebell Clean (1.5 pood men/1 pood women), 2) Handbreak Push Ups, 3) Slam Ball (30# Men/20# Women), 4) Mountain Climbers.  Rest one minute between each exercise.
