Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3, then Death by 10 Meters. With a continuously running clock, perform one 10 meter run the first minute, two 10 meter runs the second minute, three 10 meter runs the third minute, until you can no longer complete the prescribed number within the minute. This is the last Death by Thursday….
