Skill – Muscle Up. MetCon – 10 Muscle Ups, 50 AbMat Sit Ups, 8 Muscle Ups, 40 AbMat Sit Ups, 6 Muscle Ups, 30 AbMat Sit Ups, 4 Muscle Ups, 20 AbMat Sit Ups, 2 Muscle Ups, 10 AbMat Sit Ups.

Modify with Jumping Pull Ups, Muscle Up Progressions, or 2 Pull Ups & 2 Ring Dips per Muscle Up.
