In 20 minutes, work up to 1 Rep Max Jerk (may be Push or Split). Then Tuesday Twofer – Three rounds for time of 12 Toes to Bar, 12 Kettlebell Snatches/hand (35# Men/25# Women). Then roll immediately into three rounds of 30 Double Unders, 30 Handbreak Push Ups. Done.
