January 19th, 2013 Workout of the Day: Community WOD at Jax Running Company!
This will be a station workout consisting of five stations – 1) Broad Jumps, 2) Slam Ball, 3) Kettlebell Swings, 4) Box Jumps, 5) Burpees. In three minutes per station, complete as many reps of each exercise as possible. Rest one minute between rounds.
***REMINDER: This workout will take place at Jacksonville Running Company, Bartram Park Store at 9:00 and 10:00 am. This is an open workout that you may invite a friend to join and show them what CrossFit is all about!***
Weightlifting class with Laura will go on as scheduled at the gym at 11:00.
