January 26th, 2013 Workout of the Day
Bring a Friend Day! In teams of four, complete the following for time: 1600m run relay, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 sit ups, 400 squats. Two members will work while two members rest in all movements with the exception of the run when only one member of the team will run at a time. This workout will be done in a “chipper” format where the team may only start each portion of the workout after all prior meters/repetitions are complete.
