Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3, then Death By Chest to Bar Pull Up. With a continuously running clock, complete one CTBPU the first minute, 2 the second minute, and on until you can no longer complete the pull ups within the minute. You may drop off the bar and continue as long as all reps are completed within that minute.
