Kettlebell Pres 5-5-5-5-5. Then complete 150 kettlebell swings (1.5 pood men/1 pood women) for time with a twist . . . complete 5 burpees every minute on the minute until 150 swings are complete!

*20 minute cap on the workout. Mod 1 – weight. Mod 2 – 120 swings. Mod 3 – 100 swings.
