Holiday Challenge Finals.  A. In 10 minutes, establish 1 rep max deadlift.  B.  Complete max reps in 2 minutes of pull ups, push ups, AbMat sit ups, air squats.  Rest 2 minutes between efforts.  C.  Run 1 mile for time.
