January 8th, 2012 Workout of the Day
Fight Gone Bad! This workout is completed in three five-minute rounds with a one-minute break between each round. Perform as many repetitions as possible on each station before rotating. The stations are: Wall Ball (20# Men/14# Women), Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75# Men/55# Women), Box Jump (20″ Box), Push Press (75/55), Row.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
