CrossFit Classes: Strength – In 15 minutes, work up to heavy single on Clean and Jerk.  MetCon – Grace.  Complete 30 Clean and Jerks for time (135# Men/95# Women).

Summer Challenge: Skill – Rowing.  MetCon – Complete as many reps as possible during the following: 5 min row (calories), 4 min air squats, 3 min sit ups, 2 min push ups, 1 min pull ups.
