CrossFit: Strength – In 15 minutes, establish 1 Rep Max Push Jerk.  MetCon – Five rounds for reps of the following: Row 250m, max reps shoulder to overhead (115# Men/75# Women) in 2 minutes.  Rest two minutes between rounds.

Summer Challenge: Skill – Medicine Ball Clean.  MetCon – Three rounds for time of 20 Medicine Ball Cleans, 30 Wall Ball Shots, 40 Hand Release Push Ups.
