CrossFit: Strength – Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3.  MetCon – In 12 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 30 Double Unders, 20 Pistols (alternating), 10 Deadlift (185# Men/125# Women).

Summer Challenge: Strength – Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3.  MetCon – In 12 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 100 Single Unders, 20 Lunges (alternating), 10 Deadlift (135# Men/95# Women).
