CrossFit: Skill – rope climb.  MetCon – 3 rounds for time of 1 rope climb, 15 Ring Dips, 25 Box Jumps (24″ Men/20″ Women).

Summer Challenge: Skill – Push Press. MetCon – Three rounds for time of 400m run, 12 burpees, 15 push press (75# Men/55# Women).
