Partner WOD with a little twist….  In teams of two, complete 100 push press (75/55), 100 sumo deadlift high pull, 100 handbreak push ups, 100 ball slams (30# Men/20# Women), 100 burpees.  *The twist: Run 200m every five minutes that you’re still working.
