CrossFit Classes: Strength – Split Jerk 3-3-2-2-1-1-1. MetCon – 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Handstand Push Up, Chest to Bar Pull Up.

Summer Challenge Class: Skill – kipping pull up. MetCon – Five rounds for time of 10 Pull Ups, 15 Push Ups, 20 Sit Ups, 25 Air Squats. Rest 2 minutes between each round.
