CrossFit Classes: Strength/Skill – Every other minute on the minute for sever rounds, perform one high hang clean, one hang clean, one clean from the floor for load. MetCon – Death by Power Clean (155# Men/105# Women) with a twist. Perform one Power Clean the first minute, two Power Cleans the second minute… until you can no longer finish the work within the minute. The twist – begin every round with two burpees at the top of the minute.
Summer Challenge: Skill – Kettlebell Swing. MetCon – For time, complete 100 Kettlebell Swings (53# Men/35# Women). Perform 5 burpees every minute on the minute until all Kettlebell Swings are complete.
