This workout is dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.
Summer Challenge: Skill – Thruster and Sumo Deadlift High Pull. MetCon – In 15 minutes, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of 200m run, 12 Thrusters (75# Men/55# Women), 12 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75# Men/55# Women).
