CrossFit Classes: Strength – Weighted Pull Up – 5-5-3-3-1-1.  MetCon – Four rounds for time of 15 Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups, 30 Handbreak Push Ups, 45 AbMat Sit Ups.

Summer Challenge: Skill – Kettlebell Swing.  MetCon – 40-30-20-10 Kettlebell Swing, Walking Lunges.
